Domestic orders are delivered within 24-48 hours after our team sends the confirmation.

The package will go to the address specified by you. Please use an address where you can be found on weekdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The courier will only come during this time slot.

We prepare and deliver orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 2pm will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed next week on Monday.

The delivery period begins with the receipt of the order confirmation email.

We do not assume responsibility for unforeseen delays related to the courier company.

In case of an exceptional situation that may delay the delivery, we will notify you in advance.

For orders placed outside the European Union (EU), customs duties may be charged. If applicable, payment of these additional charges shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Taxes will be paid upon receipt of goods. Return or Exchange

Law OG 34/2014 allows the return of products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of their purchase without penalties and without citing a reason.

Thus, if you want to return the ordered products, we will in turn return the value of the products to you, less the delivery charges.

The value of the returned products is transferred immediately after we take possession of these products and ensure their integrity.

For the return it is necessary that the products are intact and unused . You can notify us both by email and by phone of your desire to partially or totally return an order. We will respond within a maximum of 3 working days.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return by Original Tradition SRL.

You can opt to replace the returned product with another available in stock. If you want to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, the return costs will be borne by you, and those with the delivery of the new product will be borne by us. On request, we can include in the package a certificate of authenticity issued by my Romanian store attesting to the origin of the products.
