Delivery

Domestic orders are delivered within 24-48 hours after our team sends the confirmation.

The package will go to the address specified by you. Please use an address where you can be found on weekdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The courier will only come during this time slot.

We prepare and deliver orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 2pm will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed next week on Monday.

The delivery period begins with the receipt of the order confirmation email.

We do not assume responsibility for unforeseen delays related to the courier company.

No deliveries are made to PO Boxes or Post Offices.

In case of an exceptional situation that may delay the delivery, we will notify you in advance.

Please check the compliance of the order when receiving the parcel. You have to consider the number of products and the integrity of the package. If applicable, please report any irregularity in writing, both in the courier company's documentation and to our contact address hello@myromanianstore.com.

If the product received is damaged, we recommend that you return it unused and without removing the tags. Loss or damage to ordered products becomes your responsibility once you sign the shipping documents.

We reserve the right to stop sending orders to people who have not fulfilled their pecuniary or other obligations towards my Romanian store .

Therefore, the contract will be interpreted and executed in good faith. Any abuse will lead to the termination of any contractual relationship.

If, for various reasons, you refuse 3 orders or returned products, we reserve the right to refuse honoring future orders.
